These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stewardship Services website, programs, credit restoration services, membership offerings, and related materials (“Services”). By accessing this website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility & Use of Services
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this website or engage Stewardship Services. By submitting information or entering into an agreement, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and your own.
You agree not to misuse the website, submit false or misleading information, interfere with site security, or use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
2. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
Stewardship Services is not a law firm, certified public accountant, tax professional, investment advisor, or lender. Nothing on this website or within our Services constitutes legal, tax, or investment advice. All information is provided for educational and strategic planning purposes only.
3. Client Engagement Agreement
Credit restoration services require execution of a Client Engagement Agreement (“CEA”) prior to the commencement of any work. The CEA governs service scope, fees, timelines, disclosures, and cancellation rights.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the CEA, the CEA shall control.
4. Credit Services Organization Compliance
Stewardship Services operates as a Credit Services Organization (“CSO”) pursuant to Florida Statutes §817.7001–817.703. Required disclosures, including the three (3) business-day right to cancel and surety bond information, are provided separately within the CSO Disclosure and Client Engagement Agreement.
5. Fees, Billing & Payments
Fees for Services are disclosed on the website, during intake, or within your agreement. Payment is due as outlined at checkout or in the Client Engagement Agreement.
Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.
6. Results & Performance Disclaimer
Stewardship Services does not guarantee specific credit outcomes, deletions, score changes, approvals, or timelines. Credit reporting agencies, data furnishers, and lenders operate independently, and individual results vary.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate documentation, respond to requests in a timely manner, review correspondence, and notify us of changes that may affect your credit profile. Delays or omissions may impact service timelines or outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, educational materials, frameworks, documents, strategies, and proprietary processes are the intellectual property of Stewardship Services. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Stewardship Services is not liable for actions or decisions made by credit bureaus, creditors, lenders, or third parties, nor for delays, reporting errors, or circumstances beyond our control. Use of the website and Services is at your own risk.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
