Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines refund terms, cancellation procedures, and your rights under applicable Florida Credit Services Organization (CSO) law.
1. Refund Policy
Due to the time, analysis, and preparation required to deliver credit and financial profile management services, all fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.
If you believe a billing or processing error has occurred, please notify us promptly by email at robert.love@stewardshipforseniors.com so the matter can be reviewed.
2. Membership Billing & Cancellation
Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, access will continue through the end of the current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are issued.
3. Right to Cancel (Florida CSO Law)
In accordance with Florida Statute §817.7005, you have the right to cancel your Client Engagement Agreement within three (3) business days of signing, without penalty.

4. Optional Cancellation Form
You may use the following optional statement to exercise your right to cancel:
