Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains refund terms, cancellations, and your rights under Florida CSO law.
1. Refund Policy
Due to the time, analysis, and preparation required for credit restoration and related services, all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, email us immediately at robert.love@stewardshipforseniors.com.
2. Membership Billing
Membership is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your membership will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued.
3. Right to Cancel (Florida CSO Law)
Under Florida Statute §817.7005, you have the right to cancel your Client Engagement Agreement within three (3) business days of signing.

4. Cancellation Form
