Credit Services Organization Disclosure
Stewardship Services operates as a Credit Services Organization (“CSO”) in the State of Florida under Florida Statutes §817.7001–817.703. The information below is provided to support transparency and compliance.
Surety Bond
In compliance with Florida Statute §817.7005, Stewardship Services maintains a Florida-approved surety bond filed with the Office of the Attorney General.

Right to Cancel
Under Florida CSO law, clients may have the right to cancel their agreement with Stewardship Services within three (3) business days of signing the Client Engagement Agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Fees and Guarantees
Fees for services are billed in accordance with the Client Engagement Agreement. Stewardship Services does not guarantee specific outcomes, deletions, or score increases, and cannot remove accurate information that credit reporting agencies are permitted to report under applicable federal law.
Fair Credit Reporting Act Compliance
Any dispute correspondence prepared by Stewardship Services is based on consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including but not limited to §609, §611, and §623. Disputes are prepared and submitted only with client authorization and using information provided and verified by the client.
