Credit Services Organization Disclosure
Stewardship Services operates as a Credit Services Organization (“CSO”) in the State of Florida as outlined under Florida Statutes §817.7001–817.703. The information below is provided to ensure full transparency and compliance.
Surety Bond
In compliance with Florida Statute §817.7005, Stewardship Services maintains a Florida-approved Surety Bond filed with the Office of the Attorney General.

Right to Cancel
Under Florida CSO law, clients have the right to cancel their agreement with Stewardship Services within three (3) business days of signing the Client Engagement Agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Fees and Guarantees
Fees for credit restoration services are billed in accordance with the Client Engagement Agreement. Stewardship Services does not guarantee specific outcomes, deletions, or score increases, and cannot remove accurate information that the credit bureaus are permitted to report under federal law.
Fair Credit Reporting Act Compliance
All disputes prepared by Stewardship Services are based on the rights afforded under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including but not limited to: §609, §611, and §623. Disputes are submitted on behalf of the client only with verified information and authorization.
