Credit & Capital Readiness

Personal & Business Credit Readiness

Your credit profile should support your next move, not work against it. Stewardship Services helps individuals, investors, and business owners review personal credit, build business credit, and prepare for lender, vendor, bank, and funding partner review.

Our Method

The Stewardship Services Method

Our approach combines consumer protection awareness, lender readiness, business credit strategy, and disciplined credit profile management. We do not rely on generic templates or one-size-fits-all advice. We review what lenders, vendors, banks, and funding partners are likely to evaluate, then build a strategy around accuracy, structure, documentation, and long-term access to capital.

Personal Credit Review Through a Consumer Law Lens

For personal credit clients, we review three-bureau reporting for inaccurate, outdated, unverifiable, or inconsistent information. The goal is to correct what should not be reporting and strengthen the profile before future lending decisions.

Business Credit Foundation & Bankability Review

For business credit clients, we review the company’s fundability foundation, including business identity consistency, entity credibility, banking readiness, vendor credit strategy, and whether the business appears properly structured to funding partners.

Vendor, Trade Credit & Funding Preparation

Business credit is built through intentional sequencing. We help identify the right starting points for vendor accounts, trade credit activity, business profile setup, and reporting relationships so the company can begin building credibility beyond the owner’s personal credit.

Secure Portal, Documentation & Progress Tracking

All communication, uploads, review notes, and progress tracking are managed through a secure client portal. You maintain visibility during each stage of the personal or business credit readiness process.

The 90-Day Workflow

What to Expect During Credit Readiness

01
Profile & Readiness Audit

We begin by reviewing the credit foundation that applies to your selected path. Personal credit clients receive a three-bureau profile review. Business credit clients receive a business identity, credibility, and bankability review.

02
Strategy & Structure Plan

Based on the audit, we build a targeted strategy. For personal credit, this may include consumer law-informed correction steps. For business credit, this may include business identity alignment, vendor sequencing, and funding preparedness recommendations.

03
Execution & Documentation

We manage the next steps through a secure process with clear documentation. Personal credit clients receive correction-cycle tracking. Business credit clients receive guided setup, vendor strategy, and profile-building direction.

04
Optimize, Build & Maintain

As progress is made, we help strengthen the profile for future capital access. Personal credit clients receive utilization and account structure guidance. Business credit clients receive next-step direction for building credibility with vendors, banks, and funding partners.

FAQ

Common Questions

How long does Credit & Capital Readiness take?
We advertise a 90-day strategy plan because most clients need a clear initial roadmap, structured execution, and early progress tracking within that window. Client service agreements are structured for 6 months to allow enough time for correction cycles, documentation, follow-up, and profile development.
What happens if personal credit items are not removed within 6 months?
For personal credit clients, qualifying unresolved items that are not removed after the initial 6-month service agreement may be grandfathered into an additional 6 months of service at no additional service cost.
Do you guarantee results?
No compliant credit services organization can guarantee specific outcomes. What we do guarantee is an individualized process, clear documentation, consumer law-informed review, and consistent management throughout the engagement.
What documents are required to begin personal credit services?
A government-issued photo ID, proof of address, SSN validation, access to your credit reports through a monitoring service, and a brief goals questionnaire.
What is reviewed for Business Credit Builder?
Business Credit Builder reviews the business foundation needed for credibility and bankability, including business identity consistency, entity records, business contact information, banking readiness, vendor and trade credit strategy, and funding preparedness.
Do you manage all three credit bureaus for personal credit clients?
Yes. Personal Credit & Capital Readiness includes review and management across TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian.
Should I start with personal credit or business credit?
If your personal credit is affecting approvals, interest rates, limits, or lending confidence, start with Personal Credit & Capital Readiness. If your business is already formed and you need stronger credibility, vendor strategy, and bankability, start with Business Credit Builder.
